Payment

• I use PayPal for secure payment.
• You do not need a PayPal account.
• Upon checkout you will be directed to PayPal. You may use your PayPal Account or major credit/debit card to complete purchase.
• Crooked Little Flower Studios never receives your credit card information.

Shipping

• Art will be ready to ship within 7 days.
• I ship USPS Priority with insurance and signature delivery.
• I verify shipping address before shipping. please provide an email address you check often to avoid delays.
• I protect art from moisture and shock with appropriate shipping materials (I use recycled materials where possible)
• I take images of art and packaging
• Shipping is included for the continental U.S.A.
• International Shipping
  • At the moment I do not ship internationally regularly. Contact me, lets see what we can do.
  • Future: I will be adding international shipping.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

• I gladly accept returns
  Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
  Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
• I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
  • The following items can’t be returned or exchanged,
    unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
    Commissions
    Digital Downloads
    Items on sale
    Items outside the dates expressed above
    
• Conditions of return
  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Refunds will be issued within 5 days of return of undamaged art via PayPal.
• Refund will be minus cost of shipping. (proof of cost available).
• If the unfortunate happens and art arrives with damage:
  • Contact me immediately
  • Take pictures of packaging as it arrives, before opening, if you suspect damage, because packaging is grossly damaged.
  • Take pictures of damaged art.
  • Send pictures to me.
  • Save all packaging.
  • Packaging and images are necessary for insurance claim processing
  • An insurance claim will be opened  ( I will keep in contact during process).
  • A refund will be made within 5 days of close of claim.
  • without proper documentation, a refund will not be possible.

Copyrights

• Sale of art does not constitute the sale of copyrights.
• All rights reserved; artist retains all copyrights.
• Digital downloads are for a single printing for personal use only. You may not print and re-sell.
• If you wish to purchase a limited copyright, please contact me

Care instructions

• Drawings are top-coated with a UV resistant topcoat.
• I use water-resistant, fade-resistant inks for printmaking.
• Artwork is not waterproof, and should be kept from excessive moisture and humidity.
• 100% cotton papers will naturally curl and flatten with humidity changes.
• It is always suggested original artwork be placed out of harsh direct sunlight in order to prevent damages. Exception; pieces intended for windows and light. These pieces are meant to change/evolve over time.
• Hair Clips/Jewelry are protected with a clear topcoat, however they are not waterproof. It is recommended to take off  before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store away from moisture.
• Always consult a professional conservation framer for specific care and framing.

How I work

• Please remember my work is intense. I am scraping and sanding into the paper and materials. The pieces are often irregular in shape and sometimes tears and holes become a part of the work itself. They are raw and beautiful simultaneously.
• My work is processed oriented. My work, in general is meant to evolve and change with time; I consider all work living. This means my work is resistant but not proofed (water and UV).
• I do use a mix of new, recycled, and re-used materials

Certificate of Authenticity

• Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
• Keep this and all documentation with art for provenance

Commissions and Custom Orders

• The basics:
  • Once we discuss in detail what it is you would like us to create, I will contact you with the cost and estimated time. Once the cost is agreed upon:
  • Full payment is required on all orders up to $200.00
    50% deposit is required on all orders over $200.00. with remaining balance due upon completion.
  • I will send images for final approval.
• Returns and refunds are not accepted on all commissions and custom orders.
• All commissions and custom orders must be paid in full before shipping.
