Dreams. I always hear the Blondie song in my head, “Dreaming, dreaming is free. . . “

My dreams have changed over the years. One dream remained constant and that is sharing my art. Art as a gift was given to me and I don’t believe I am suppose to keep it for myself. Maybe the making is for me, but the sharing is for both you and me. to connect. to love. to be.

Been tired the last couple of days. But yesterday there is one thing we needed to take care of. My mother never received her end of year Social Security thing, and so we had to go to the S.S. office and expected it to be not so great. Turns out it was easy. Shout out to the woman who was are representative. She was so nice, and explained everything so well, and we learned all kinds of new things, and have a better idea of what we needed to do. For now, it was not what we thought we were gonna have to do. I was so happy it was not overcrowded, or noisy, or at all what we expected. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I was masked up all the way. There is one more thing I have to do which I have to go out in public for. But that doesn’t involve a big place with lots of people so I feel a little safer, but rest assured I will be masked up and protective of myself.

Then I have no other required place to go and that makes me happy. I can’t afford to get sick again. My body really can’t handle it. Although I am a fighter so I would come at it all guns a blazing.

This is Dreaming II. She dares to dream. She teaches me to dream. On her shoulders is kindness. She loves having kindness so close. It makes her happy. To look out and see beauty, to experience the beauty that exists, her eyes give her rest.

Some might say she lives in the clouds, but actually she is quite grounded and feels the dirt between her toes. As she always knows, there is no darkness that light cannot overcome.
